Information
Privacy Policy
How FIND processes information from your requests, applications and partnership proposals.
Version dated October 17, 2026. The commercial conditions and the applicable framework must be validated before publication.
Gabonese framework
This policy refers to Gabonese law n°001/2011 of September 25, 2011 relating to the protection of personal data, amended in particular by law n°025/2023 of July 12, 2023. The Gabonese supervisory authority is the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy (APDPVP).
Your contacts
The site is published by FIND Global Services LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. FIND Gabon, 256 rue Aristide Issembe, 3446 Libreville, Gabon, receives and processes requests for its services. The respective roles of manager and subcontractor must be formalized before publication. Contact for your data: info@find-gabon.com.
Information collected and purposes
The forms collect your contact details and the elements necessary to respond, prepare a proposal, study an application or examine a collaboration. Required fields are indicated. Do not transmit passport, bank details or accounting documents in the first exchange. No newsletter subscription or automated recruitment decisions are made.
Basis of treatment
Service requests are used to take pre-contractual measures on your initiative. Applications are used to examine possible professional collaboration. Retention in a pool of candidates is based on your optional agreement, which you can withdraw. Partnership requests are used to study your proposal. Exchange monitoring, security and legal obligations are limited to the corresponding needs; the foundations and framework applicable to both entities must be confirmed before publication.
Form recipients
Reservations and mobility: booking@find-gabon.com. Concierge: concierge@find-gabon.com. Partnerships: partenariats@find-gabon.com. Applications: carrieres@find-gabon.com. Support: support@find-gabon.com. Press and communication: marketing@find-gabon.com. Other requests: info@find-gabon.com. Only people authorized to process the file must access the boxes concerned.
Attachments and security
Resumes and PDF letters, PDF brochures and authorized photos are checked for size and format then analyzed by antivirus before being attached to the e-mail. Remote analysis is provided by Cloudmersive in North America, via an encrypted connection. According to its policy, the provider does not retain the contents of the files after the transaction. Any temporary analysis files are deleted after processing. The files are neither published nor stored in a public directory. They remain in the recipient email for the durations below. The shipment is refused if the antivirus check is unavailable.
Conservation of applications
The following durations constitute the proposed internal policy of FIND, and not Gabonese legal deadlines presented as obligatory. An application is retained while it is being reviewed. If it is not retained, it is deleted no later than three months after the end of its examination, unless it is necessary to retain limited elements for a dispute or a legal obligation. If you accept the pool, your file may be kept for up to two years after your last contact to offer you other possibilities. This agreement is optional and revocable.
Conservation of other exchanges
Partnership proposals without follow-up are deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange. Unanswered commercial requests are kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact from the requester. Support exchanges are kept during the resolution of the file and then according to the obligations attached to the service. Contracts, invoices and elements necessary for a dispute follow their own legal durations, to be confirmed depending on the contracting entity. Deletion also concerns attachments and must be organized in messaging.
Email and WhatsApp
The site transmits the forms via the host's SMTP messaging service. The WhatsApp panel opens an external service and does not send any messages automatically. If you continue the conversation, WhatsApp also processes data on its terms. No synchronized chat or visitor reading tracking is installed.
Partner bookings
Travelpayouts searches and seller reservations are separate from FIND forms. Suppliers receive the data entered into their tools and apply their own policies. Contacts and documents sent to FIND are not automatically forwarded to a partner seller.
Providers and transfers
Hosting provided by InMotion Hosting in the United States, the publisher in the United Kingdom and external services involve documenting the actual locations of processing and transfers. Gabonese law regulates international transfers, in particular through authorization from the APDPVP, subject to legal exceptions. The preliminary formalities applicable to collection on the site, the guarantees and the necessary authorizations remain to be completed or verified before being put online; no authorization obtained is announced.
Your rights and requests
You can request information about your file, its rectification, its erasure or the limitation of its use, and withdraw an optional agreement, within the limits of applicable law. Write to info@find-gabon.com indicating your request and the form concerned. Proportionate verification of your identity may be necessary. You can also enter the APDPVP in Gabon; its contact details and complaint procedures are available on www.apdpvp.ga.
Technical measures and tracers
Fonts and images are served with the site. No analytics tools specific to FIND are installed. To prevent abuse and duplication, the server stores submission identifiers and a fingerprint of the IP address for a maximum of one hour; any logs from the host remain to be documented.
