Purpose of the site
The site presents FIND services, stay inspiration and partner tools for searching for flights, hotels and transfers. Inspirational content is not a confirmed travel deal.
Contact requests
The forms forward the request by email to the corresponding FIND service when messaging is configured. The WhatsApp panel opens an external conversation and is not a synchronized chat on the site. Making contact does not constitute acceptance of a service.
Reasonable use
Use the site and contact details for legitimate requests. Do not send illegal content or sensitive documents in an initial exchange. Unauthorized access, alteration and attempted disruption are not permitted.
Services and purchases from third parties
Travelpayouts links and widgets provide access to partner sellers. Purchases made on their sites are concluded directly with the identified seller, who applies their own conditions and is responsible for the transaction and the service, including cancellations, refunds and complaints. A possible affiliate commission does not make FIND the seller. FIND is not responsible for the acts, failures or services of the third-party seller; FIND can only support exchanges, without being able to impose a decision or guarantee a resolution, refund or deadline. The responsibilities specific to FIND and the mandatory legal protections remain preserved. WhatsApp features also depend on this third-party service.
Availability and content
Interruptions or changes may occur. Prices and availability are only confirmed in the reservation process or in a validated proposal. Practical information must be supplemented by official sources adapted to your situation.
Intellectual property
The logo and branded content must be used with the authorization of their owner. Third-party photographs have their own licenses; sources and attributions are available on the Credits page.

Applicable law and disputes
These conditions are governed by Gabonese law. The competent courts are determined according to the applicable rules. This choice does not remove any mandatory obligation applicable to an international situation or the conditions specific to third-party services.
