General conditions of sale
Draft conditions for FIND services — to be finalized before publication and before any sale.
Version dated October 17, 2026. The commercial conditions and the applicable framework must be validated before publication.
1. Services concerned
This project distinguishes FIND support — tailor-made travel, concierge, mobility and coordination — from reservations concluded directly with a partner seller. FIND Gabon provides and invoices its services; specialized speakers and partner services are identified in the proposal.
2. Request and proposal
A request by form, e-mail or WhatsApp is used to qualify the need. It does not constitute a reservation. The proposal must specify the services, dates, travelers, availability, inclusions, exclusions and stakeholders concerned.
3. Price and payment
A deposit is required for any service booked directly with FIND. Its amount or percentage, the deadline for payment of the balance and the means of payment are specified in the quote before commitment. The deposit is charged on the total price; it does not constitute an additional cost. FIND quotes and invoices must present a separate “Agency fees” line with its amount, separate from the price of services, taxes and concierge fees. Their non-refundable nature in the event of cancellation by the customer is communicated before acceptance of the quote and payment. No standard percentage is set on the site. No payments are currently collected by the FIND site.
4. Confirmation and execution
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment of the entire amount due, in accordance with the accepted quote. FIND sends the customer a written confirmation specifying the services and useful information. Payment of the deposit alone does not constitute definitive confirmation. Necessary availability and authorizations are checked as part of the proposal; a simple request by form, email or WhatsApp does not constitute a reservation.
5. Cancellation at the customer's request
The customer sends his cancellation request to FIND, specifying his reservation reference. FIND then initiates the cancellation procedure and informs the customer of the applicable conditions and the reimbursement calculation. Processing the request does not mean that all amounts paid are refundable.
5.1. Agency and concierge fees
In the event of cancellation at the customer's initiative, the agency fees previously announced and accepted are not refundable. Concierge fees are identified separately and follow the conditions announced and accepted before commitment. Deductions must correspond to the agreed services and justifiable costs. These provisions remain subject to the mandatory rules of applicable law, in particular when a reimbursement is legally imposed or in the event of a breach by FIND. They do not constitute an automatic deduction in the event of cancellation attributable to FIND.
5.2. Ticketing and penalties
For ticketing, cancellation fees or penalties may be required depending on the conditions of the carrier and the chosen fare, communicated before purchase. They can reduce the refundable amount. FIND specifies the deductions applied and accompanies the procedure with the service provider. The passenger's possible legal rights, particularly in the event of cancellation by the carrier, remain applicable.
5.3. Calculation and monitoring of reimbursement
The refund concerns the amounts actually paid, after deduction of legally retained agency and concierge fees and, for ticketing, applicable cancellation fees or penalties. FIND communicates a statement distinguishing the amounts reimbursed and the deductions. The terms and deadlines are specified in the special conditions, without exceeding the applicable legal deadlines. No standard reimbursement deadline is set by the site.
5.4. Modification or cancellation by FIND or a service provider
The above rules relate to a cancellation requested by the customer. A significant modification, a cancellation by FIND or by a service provider, or an inability to perform the services is subject to the contractual conditions and legal rights specific to the situation. The withholding of agency or concierge fees is not announced as automatic in these cases.
6. Purchases on partner sites
Travelpayouts provides access to partner offers via links or widgets. Any purchase finalized on a partner site is concluded directly with the seller identified in this route, under their own conditions. This seller is responsible for its offers, collection, reservation, execution of services, modifications, cancellations, refunds and handling of complaints. FIND may receive an affiliate commission; this remuneration does not make FIND the seller of the service.
6.1. Responsibilities and support
FIND is not responsible for the acts, failures or services of the third-party seller. In the event of difficulty, FIND can support the customer in his discussions with the partner, without guarantee of resolution or reimbursement. FIND cannot decide for the seller, guarantee its deadlines or take over its obligations. This distinction does not remove the responsibilities specific to FIND, in particular for its own commitments or faults, nor the mandatory provisions that the law does not allow to be excluded. Any service invoiced separately by FIND remains governed by its quote and these conditions.
7. Private concierge service
FIND qualifies and coordinates specific requests. Aviation, yachting and corporate, accounting or administrative procedures are subject to availability, authorizations and the intervention of competent professionals. The scope and fees are specified before commitment.
8. Complaints and applicable framework
For a question or complaint: info@find-gabon.com or +241 74 97 19 19. The service contracts concluded with FIND Gabon are governed by Gabonese law, to the exclusion of any other contractually chosen law. The supranational texts applicable to Gabon remain taken into account. A complaint can be sent to FIND to seek an amicable solution; failing this, the dispute falls to the competent courts according to the applicable rules. This clause does not deprive the client of mandatory protections from which the parties cannot legally derogate, particularly in an international relationship. Contracts concluded directly with partner sellers remain subject to their own conditions.
